All plans include a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.
If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge, you are eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
Email billing@uzuhealth.com with your clinic name and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available for add-on services already delivered, such as counsellor sessions completed during the billing period.
